Refund policy

Here's a short return policy for Lahoretoys.PK:

Items can be returned only if they are unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging. Refunds may be reduced if an item is used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise or the law requires it.

Some items may be non-returnable, as stated on the product listing at the time of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back, and also before requesting an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, and your bank may need extra time to post it. If you don't see your refund after a reasonable time, contact us.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
