Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lahore Toys. Orders are processed as soon as possible, and once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link, if the shipping method supports it. Tracking may take some time to update.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as shown at checkout.

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order ships, but once it is in transit it cannot be modified. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to your original payment method where possible.
